Our homes are built by a local DFW builder with over a decade of experience in land development, construction, and community building. Our team is on-site and directly involved in every phase — we don't manage projects from a distance.

Very involved. You'll receive periodic updates and be invited to milestone walkthroughs during construction — hard hats included. This personal approach keeps you connected to your home every step of the way.

Yes. Every Minerva Heights home is backed by a comprehensive 1-2-10 Home Warranty: 1-Year Workmanship Warranty, 2-Year Systems Warranty (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and a 10-Year Structural Warranty. We stand behind what we build.

Every home includes smart home features such as a camera doorbell, smart thermostat, and optional security system integration. Homes are also pre-wired for additional home automation upgrades.
